FIELD: medicine, surgery, dermatology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the application of bandage impregnated with mixture of 0.08-0.12% sodium hypochlorite and 2-3% hydrogen peroxide solution taken at ratio 3:1 on the damaged skin regions (for 30-40 min, 3-5 times per 24 hr). Treatment period of patient in hospital is decreased by 13.5 days due to antibacterial and antiaggregating effect of preparation proposed. EFFECT: improved method of trophic ulcer treatment. 1 tbl
