FIELD: safety devices. SUBSTANCE: device has a truck with self-orienting wheels on which retractable thrusts are fastened under the bottom of a board floater. The thrusts are mounted in cuttings of longitudinal panels hinged to the truck in an inclined position and are connected to the truck frame through lever mechanisms. The floater nose part extending ahead of the truck is supported by a support connected to the truck by tension members. A rocker connected to a floor is fastened on the bottom of the truck at its back end, thrusts and hooks for fastening the truck to the board are secured along the side edges of the front end.
