FIELD: fire-fighting aviation. SUBSTANCE: provided in bottom portion of seaplane is expansion drainage chamber in whose lower portion water scoop is located. Water scoop consists of two doors hinged on opposite ends of cut (port). Doors are kinematically linked to each other and to drive which opens them in opposite sides relative to direction of flight in taking the water. Kinematic linkage of rear door with axle of rotation of the front one has two links in form of boards (outer and inner) which are additionally provided for forming the flow in water conduit and protect rear door against floating objects. Provided in front portion of expansion chamber is drain opening which may receive hot working medium which heats the water scoop, thus ensuring its serviceability in case of icing. EFFECT: reduction of hydrodynamic resistance in taking the water, enhanced reliability and extended field of operation. 4 cl, 6 dwg
