FIELD: rescue of people at sea by means of sea planes and amphibious aircraft equipped with inflatable rescue facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes carriage 4 moved over cargo floor and provided with panel 6 projecting as cantilever for watercraft 1 and hoist-and-lower mechanism including hatch 12 with cover and framing and brace with rope block. Carriage 4 is provided with guides for motion of bearing panel fitted with hinged baffle plate 7 elongating bearing panel 6 and retainer 8 for watercraft 1. Hatch is provided with easily-detachable bearing unit whose mating part is mounted on carriage. Brace with rope block is connected with hatch cover through plate connected with brace through hinge and inserted into holder secured on hatch cover.
EFFECT: avoidance of damage to watercraft; facilitated procedure and debarkation and embarkation of watercraft.
