FIELD: electrochemical activation of fluids. SUBSTANCE: unit has water inlet and outlet means and a casing with electrode assembly positioned in parallel to its horizontal axis and divided by diaphragms made of a belting-type fabric. The inner portion of the casing has cathode and anode sections defined by the electrodes. The sections are hermetically diaphragmed and connected in series through water ducts. The electrodes have the form of stainless plates with perforations provided throughout their surface. The water inlet means have a water collector being on the one hand connected to water supply net by means of valves, sludge separator and antiscaling magnetic aides. On the other hand it is attached to the anode and cathode sections by two pipelines and valves. Additional magnetic antiscaling aids are provided in the assembly for withdrawing activated water in the form af a catholyte.
