FIELD: devices for production of electrically activated water used for drip irrigation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed electric activator has housing divided into anode and cathode chambers by means of partitions; anodes and cathodes are arranged inside these chambers. Chambers are provided with branch pipes for separate discharge of treated water at negative and positive potentials. Anodes and cathodes are made from stainless steel in form of several cylindrical rods. They are mounted vertically at clearance of 0.5-1.0 mm. Anode and cathode rods are connected in their upper parts by current supply busbars; their lower parts are secured in housing bottom. Anode and cathode chambers are divided by partitions made from microporous plastic at clearance between electrodes and partitions equal to 0.1-0.5 mm.
EFFECT: enhanced biological activity of water; increased productivity of crops.
