FIELD: manufacture of thermoplastics. SUBSTANCE: thermoplastic molding compound includes 30-80 % by weight of 2,2,-bis-(4- hydroxyphenyl)trimethylcyclohexane-based polycarbonate or its blend with bisphenol-A in their molar ratio of (35- 53):(45-65) and 20-70 % by weight of polymeric modifier selected from the group consisting of an amorphous thermoplastic material having glass transition temperature of 73-210 C, a partially crystalline thermoplastic material with fusion point of 97 C, an elastomeric material with glass transition temperature (- 45)-(-72) C. For preparation of molding compound the starting materials are mixed as the molten blend or solution. EFFECT: increased molding stability. 1 cl
