FIELD: changing of direction of well drilling by command from surface. SUBSTANCE: device has deflecting tool with two diametrically arranged and rigidly interconnected contact members. Installed between inner surface of contact members and body are transverse pistons from one side of spring from the other side. Body contains cylinder with piston whose rod is connected to link gear by fork. Chamber with working fluid is located under deflecting tool and hydraulically communicated with piston hollow of contact member. Located in working chamber space is rod with spring-loaded valve. Upper end of rod is connected with hinge of link gear. When pressure of preset value is built up, piston in cylinder lowers, fork turns link gear and rod opens valve when it lowers. Pistons of contact member extends and moves aside contact member. Wellbore undergoes deflection under the action of arising side force. When pressure is released, the spring returns contact member to central position. Deflecting tool operates as centralizer. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
