FIELD: prompt control of well deflection in drilling. SUBSTANCE: device has body, returning member with retainer, hollow shaft, lower sub with articulated joint have inclined rotation axis. Made on surface of hollow shaft are straight and spiral grooves receiving lever free ends. Hollow shaft and sub are connected by movable connection. To change relative position of body and sub, the pressure is raised above working value to produce peak of pressure. Retainer releases the returning member and lowers together with shaft. Levers found in spiral grooves turn the shaft together with sub. When sub turns, it deflects its axis from body axis. When pressure is dropped to minimum value the returning member and shaft are raised. Levers slide in straight grooves. During the next pressure peak, returning member lowers again. Shaft and sub turn and sub deflects through next angle. When sub is turned for half-revolution, it deflects from body axis through maximum angle. During full revolution the sub is returned to initial position and angle of deflection is minimal. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 7 cl, 9 dwg
