FIELD: medicine, particularly, orthopedics and traumatology. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes properly repositioning fragments of broken collar bone and then fixing in position by Smirnov-Veinstein plaster bandage. Disclosed method is distinguished from prior art in that the first step is application of plaster bandage, which is then followed by repositioning of collar bone fragments, with patient being in supine position, and inserting rectination roll into interscapular space. EFFECT: more effective and simpler technique of repositioning clavicle. 1 dwg
