FIELD: medicine, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: for roentgenodiagnostics of affected external collateral ligament in a mortise joint one should displace a pneumatic reclinator at the level of inferior third of both shins above mortise joints followed by their bandaging at two levels: 1) at the level of a middle third, that is above a reclinator, thus, both shins below a reclinator should be branched; and 2) at the level of an ankle bone below mortise joints by creating necessary tension in area of external collateral ligament of a mortise joint. The result should be evaluated after roentgenography of both joints in frontal projection in symmetrical position according the difference in the width of an articular fissure. The method provides a dosed reclination depending upon the character of lesion and a patient's constitution. It is considered to be atraumatic due to strength and elasticity of a rubber chamber. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
