FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing perosseous osteosynthesis using external fixation apparatus and vertebral column reclination using hammock at the first - third day after being admitted in hospital. The hammock is applied for suspending fractured zone by means of movable springs attached to bed frames through movable blocks. Patient pelvis area is suspended on external fixation apparatus ring so that the patient pelvis has no support on the bed surface. Space is left for the external fixation apparatus ring. Physiotherapy, massage procedures and curative physical training exercises for treating articulations of the upper and lower extremities are applied beginning from the first day. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course.
