FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating fresh cases in making concurrently reposition of dislocated vertebrae and bone fragments, and Urban wedge transposition in early period beginning from the trauma moment. The inveterate cases are treated by removing vertebrae dislocations in postoperative period in applying gradual controlled correction. Anterior spondylodesis is carried out in the cases of splintered fractures of the vertebral column without interrupting vertebral column fixation in a device outside the focus. EFFECT: prevented development of the secondary cicatricial commissural process in the vertebral canal. 2 cl, 5 dwg
