FIELD: wood and wood-working industries. SUBSTANCE: vibration-absorbing plywood, e.g., with fire-proof characteristics, is produced of eight sheets of birch veneers 1.5 mm thick impregnated with diammonium phosphate to absorb 25-30%, nonvulcanized boards 3.0-3.5 mm thick and phenol-phormaldehyde rasin. Pack is formed of four sheets of veneer on each side of interlayer, two central sheets of veneer in center of wood part from each side of vibration-absorbing interlayers are parallel to each other, and adjacent veneer sheets are arranged perpendicular. Resin is applied to odd veneer sheets with consumption rate of 120 g/sq.m. Cold prepressing and hot pressing are employed. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
