FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: a birch sheet of veneer is impregnated in a solution of monobasic ammonium phosphate, the temperature of the impregnation solution being within 85 to 90 C. This at a maximum intensifies the impregnation process without any detriment of quality and fire-proofing properties of the antipyrened sheet of veneer. EFFECT: enhanced physicomechanical properties of manufactured fire-proof veneer, improved sanitary conditions of the atmosphere of the production working zones. 1 ex
