FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: tuyere apparatus has a tuyere with a blast pipeline and fuel ( for example, coal dust) feeding, a transitional pipe bend, placed between a distributing collector and a tuyere blast feeding. The pipe bend is made as conjugated chambers with individual tangential input and output branch pipes. Input branch pipe of the first along the blast way chamber is connected with the distributing collector and has a coal dust fuel feeding jet. The output branch pipe of the second chamber is connected with the blast nozzle. According to the design, the first chamber is made in the form of a helical spiral canal, that embraces the second chamber and is tangentially connected with it. Axis of input and output branch pipes are located in one vertical plane. That type of chambers positioning and coaxiality of input and output branch pipes helps to realize a process of vortex high temperature gasification of coal dust directly in tuyere apparatus. EFFECT: apparatus has better dimensions, terms of maintenance and mounting, suits to sizes of existing blast furnace tuyere apparatus. 3 dwg
