FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: tuyere apparatus-gasifier of a blast furnace has a tuyere with a blast pipeline and fuel pipeline, made for example, as a coal dust feeding and a transitional pipe bend, placed between distributing collector and tuyere blast feeding and made as two cylindrical chambers with individual tangential input and output branch pipes. The input branch pipe of the first along the blast way chamber is connected with the distributing collector and has a coal dust fuel feeding jet and the output branch pipe of the second chamber is connected with the blast feeding nozzle. According to the design, the chambers are positioned coaxially one into another. Outer chamber both sides butts are shut by removable lids and inner chamber is shut from one side butt and mounted so as its shut butt projects beyond the limits of the outer chamber. Its open end forms a clearance with corresponding butt wall of the outer chamber. The output branch pipe is mounted at the shut butt of the inner chamber. The output branch pipe axis is located in one vertical plane with the input branch pipe axis. That type positioning and design of chambers, the input and output branch pipes helps to realize a process of vortex high temperature gasification of coal dust directly in tuyere apparatus with formation of lining slag. EFFECT: high intensification of process, high productivity, high temperatures (1700-2200 C), small share (3-5 %) of oxidizers, sharply decreased dimensions, usage with existing blast furnace tuyere apparatus without changes. 2 dwg
