FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: ring and polygonal expander are received in a groove of a piston. The expander is coupled with a weight via a flexible member passing through openings provided in the piston. The flexible member is made of a hollow cone positioned within the piston. The cone has a ring base provided with tabs over periphery. The tabs pass through openings of the piston and rigidly secured to the expander. The top of the cone is provided with a hollow closed cylinder wherein a weight is freely received. The top of the cone points to bottom dead center. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 5 dwg
