OIL REMOVING DEVICE OF SLEEVE ASSEMBLY Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC F16J9/06 

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: oil removing device of sleeve assembly has oil removing ring and radial polygonal expander in groove of piston. Inside the piston there is installed a flexible element in form of a flat plate with an orifice in centre. On external circumference of the flat plate there are made flexible leaves passing through radial orifices of the piston into beyond the ring space and are rigidly connected to the radial polygonal expander. A rod of the rocker freely travelling in plane of rocking is positioned inside the orifice of the flat plate. Also, flat washers by one on each end side of an upper head of the rocker are installed in space between a piston boss for a piston pin and ends of the upper head of the rocker concentrically to the piston pin. The flat washers are rigidly attached to ends of the upper head of the rocker and have by one projecting rigid flat strip each directed along axis of the rocker to upper surface of the flat plate of the flexible element and unbent at certain angle equal by value from rocking plane of the rocker facilitating continuous contact between rounded ends of each rigid flat strip of washers with upper plane of the flexible element plate. The orifice made in the flat plate of the flexible element has an oval shape, sides of which are parallel and symmetrical to axes lying in plane of the flat plate of the flexible element. Notably, axis of elongated section of the oval orifice coincides with rocking plane of the rocker.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation and service life of oil removing device and reduced consumption of oil for waste.
