FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: ring made of graphite material are pressed to fixed metal member. A shaft is provided with a washer having round plate made of flexible material with central opening which is secured to the washer through sealing member over periphery. Steel ring with controlled force is coupled tightly over the edge of the central opening of the round plate to form a force connection. Center of mass of the steel ring is shifted with respect to plane of securing of the plate in the direction which is opposite to plane of contact of the rings. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
