FIELD: pipeline valves and fittings. SUBSTANCE: sleeve is secured on electromagnet armature. Rod engages by one end with shutoff member and has bead on other end. Permanent magnet is arranged in housing. Additional armature is secured on rod for engagement with permanent magnet and building up shutoff member-to-seat pressure. Placed between rod and shutoff member is damping spring. Sleeve on main armature is secured at shutoff member side. Rod is passed through hole in sleeve bottom. Circular projection is made concentric with hole. Shutoff member has circular axially symmetric projection pointed towards seat to form calibrated clearance between inner surface of projection and outer surface of seat.
