FIELD: training equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment intended for training individual parts of the body, namely for training the neck. The simulator can be used in sports, as well as in rehabilitation medicine when recovering from injuries. The simulator includes the main elements: a support, a head harness and elastic elements for transferring the load. The support contains a frame to which shoulder supports and handles are attached from below. The frame is also equipped with brackets directed outward and upward. The harness is designed to be put on and secured to the head. The elastic elements are connected at one end to the frame, and at the other to the brackets, so that the frame is located in the centre of the frame, suspended on elastic elements stretched to the sides.
EFFECT: increase in the effectiveness of neck muscle training is achieved due to the possibility of training different, compared to analogues, groups of neck muscles simultaneously in all directions, without placing a vertical load on the cervical vertebrae, and all exercises are carried out by the simulator without auxiliary devices, without being tied to a specific training location and without the need to change the equipment of the device to train different muscle groups.
