FIELD: physical exercises.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to projectiles and devices for physical exercises in relation to the development and strengthening of the spine. The simulator includes a base, a frame of the simulator with a support for the hands, a backrest for the back and a suspension for weights, a swivel frame with a seat, a support for the legs and external supports for the thighs. The frame of the simulator is made composite and includes a middle frame with a corner bracket that is rotatable relatively horizontally located on the base of the axial hinge and adjustable in the vertical plane, an upper swivel frame with uprights connected in the upper zone of the corner bracket by means of an axial hinge with the middle frame, and movable relative to the uprights of the upper swivel frame base console. The support console is provided with thrust rollers for the blades and a hand support made in the form of two side brackets located at a right angle to the uprights of the upper swivel frame, and the side brackets are equipped with stops for the hands, forearms and shoulders. The back-rest for the back is fixed on the support console, and the swivel frame with the seat is equipped with a swivel console, an additional removable lower back-rest for the waist and a roller for the support of the inner sides of the thighs. The load hanger is located in the front area of the swivel arm.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of exercises is achieved by removing the compression load from the spine while simultaneously tensing and working out the muscles and tendons of the spinal column - deep muscles of the back and abdomen, as well as oblique, transverse, intercostal, internal and external muscles of the body.
