The device also has a distributing manifold with spray injectors mounted around the periphery of the rotary disk. The injectors are set at an angle to the blades of the rotary disk. The device allows the cleaning to be made due to setting the disk in the necessary vertical position relative to the cleaned surface and also to follow the height of the unevenness of the cleaned surface.
