Abstract RU 2189277 C1

FIELD: meat industry. SUBSTANCE: cutter has detachable spherical casing, conical and wave reducers, fan, charging and discharge branch pipes and drive shaft with crescent-shaped product grinding knives. Two cylinders are extending axially of drive shaft and immovably attached with their one end to cutter body and with their other end to conical reducer casing through sliding support. Flexible wave transmission wheel is fixed on internal surface of one of cylinders. Both cylinders are fan components for receiving fixed guiding blades. Cutter of such construction is used for fine grinding of meat in meat houses for obtaining sausage products. EFFECT: increased efficiency in grinding and mixing of raw meat material. 3 cl, 2 dwg
