FIELD: small arms. SUBSTANCE: load with hollow and working tool is movably mounted in base guides. Load is linked to crank mechanism by means of rod, one end of which is secured on slide and the other has head positioned in load hollow. Device is provided with load retainer made in the form of horizontally moving slider. End of slider may be positioned in hole available in load wall. Wedge member interacting with roller disposed in hole made in slider is rigidly connected with slider. Placed between slide and load is spring. Cartridge case to be unloaded is placed in die positioned coaxially with load. EFFECT: saving standard bullets removed from defected cartridges for their further use. 3 dwg
