FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the stirring of 30-40% cement and 20-25% water in high-speed mixer at the rate 8-10 m/s for 0.1-0.3 min following by addition of superplasticizer solution and stirring at the rate 8-15 m/s for 0.1-0.3 min. Then 50-90% sand and, additionally, 50-90% ash are fed and stirred for 0.2-0.5 min. Prepared cement suspension is loaded into gravitation mixer in which large filler wetted with electrolyte is mixed preliminary together with residual parts of cement, sand, ash and water. Water is subjected for deaeration and magnetization preliminary. All components are stirred at the mixer rate 2.5-3.5 m/s for 0.5-1 min. EFFECT: enhanced strength, decreased cement consumption and concrete carbonization, retained motility of concrete mixture, increased working life. 3 tbl
