FIELD: building materials production. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing cement, fillers, microfillers having high content of silicium dioxide, superplasticizer and water. Microfiller is preliminary activated by aqueous solution of ammonium fluoride, its quantity being 0.01-0.3% of cement mass. The process takes place at 20-60 C within 0.5-3 h. Then activated microfiller is added into other components and mixing within 7-8 min is carried out. The process is followed by adding sodium silicate, its quantity being 0.02-0.5% of cement mass. Finally mixing takes place within 5-15 min. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 2 tbl
