FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: unit has parts to be joined made of shells and intermediate ring having oppositely positioned projections provided on its faces and threaded fasting members received in holes of the parts to be joined and intermediate ring. The ring is interposed between the parts so that one of the projections embraces one of the parts over its outer surface and other projection of the ring embraces other part over its inner surface. The projections are positioned in a spaced relation to the embraced surfaces. Magnitude of the spaces is less than minimum space between the fastening members and holes for them provided in the parts and intermediate ring. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
