FIELD: apiculture. SUBSTANCE: beehouse has spacer arranged between nest casing and bottom casing and equipped with casing retainers, stopper, members for regulating gap between cover and end of part arranged under cover. Base is positioned between part arranged under cover and nest casing and is made in the form of plate provided with honeycomb frame mounting members and with members for retaining nest casing and part arranged under cover. Cover is provided with vent slots for communicating space of part arranged under cover with atmosphere. Through holes are formed in beehouse ceiling and bottom casing. Spring-summer beehouse is characterized in that it has additional cylindrical nest casing comprising support, plate for separating nest casing from bottom casing, spacer positioned between nest casing and bottom casing and equipped with members for retaining said casings and with members for regulating gap between cover and end of part arranged under cover. Each of bases is made in the form of plate equipped with honeycomb frame mounting members and with members for retaining nest casings and part arranged under cover. Cover is provided with vent slots for communicating space in the vicinity of part arranged under cover and atmosphere. Through holes are formed in spring-summer beehouse ceiling and bottom casing. Method involves providing rotation of nest casings depending on season of the year: reducing beehouse volume for autumn- winter period by removing nest casing, which had been top part during spring-summer period of the year, and placing required number of honeycomb frames containing feed in remaining casing; setting vent opening sizes for autumn- summer period; upon termination of spring-summer period, lifting nest casing with wintered bee family therein and locating it in top part; providing optimal air-heat mode by means of gap regulator. EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing bee keeping conditions allowing biology to be realized to maximum extent regardless of climatic-landscape zone conditions. 61 cl, 9 dwg
