FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: sensor has two stationary ferromagnetic cores, two movable anchors and two pairs of inductive windings, connected according to a bridge circuit. Movable anchors are made as hollow ferromagnetic cylinders, on the butts of which nonmagnetic ring-shaped overlappings accordingly are fixed to make a current-vortex effect. The sensor's anchors have located in their middle inner bead and outer bead with similar diameter sizes, as stationary ferromagnetic cores have. During shift of any of anchors from their neutral position, balance of the bridge circuit, that was formed by two pairs of windings, is broken due to change of their inductive resistance. As a result of it a signal, proportional to algebraic sum of two controlled objects, appears on output of the bridge circuit. EFFECT: increase of sensitivity and expansion of functional capabilities of inductive sensor of linear movements. 2 cl, 5 dwg
