FIELD: liquids and gas consumption control. SUBSTANCE: flowmeter has a body with working cavity and gaps; a rotor, mounted in the body with radial and butt-type sealing clearances; rollers with grooves, mounted in the gaps with sealing clearances and capable to rotate in synchronism with the rotor; working body feeding and removing canals; a densimeter, made as a body and two bushes, coaxially connected between each other and having an axial canal, in which two rods are mounted. Rods are electrically insulated from walls of the bushes by insulators, made from material with low temperature factor of dielectric permittivity (mainly by fluoroplastic). One of the rods is made of two parts, one of which, made in the form of a perforated pipe, passes along all the length of the axial canal. Each of the rods passes outside of the body and is connected to an electric unit. EFFECT: flowmeter is used for measurement of mass consumption of liquids and gas. 4 dwg
