SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as hydropneumatic motor, hydraulic pump, compressor, counter-flowmeter, flow transducer for liquid or gas, gas expansion machine, etc. proposed roller-blade machine contains housing and cheek in bores of which rotor with blades and rollers-distributors are arranged, being interconnected by synchronizing gears, and at least three hydraulic load release pockets. Working fluid inlet and outlet channels are made in housing and cheek. Throttling slots are provided to deliver fluid to hydraulic load release pockets, said slots are formed by conical surfaces of roller beads and cylindrical surfaces of holes in housing. Vertices of conical surfaces are pointed to center of machine, and cone vertex axle is within 2' and 6'. Maximum diameter of conical surfaces is equal to diameter of roller on length not less than 1/10 and not more than half of width of pocket.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced minimum and increased maximum speeds, increased maximum supply pressure and power, improved reliability and increased service life.
