FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: set has a metering tank and connecting pipelines for feeding compressed air, liquid systems draining and pouring in, an additional membrane valve. The membrane valve has open output in atmosphere and is connected by pipelines of compressed air feeding with a control unit and with hermetically sealed metering tank, to which a set-level device and a ball tap are connected through the control unit. The ball tap is mounted on the pipeline of stable liquid systems pouring in. In the case the metering tank is connected with pipeline of liquid systems draining with the reverse valve and a branch pipe fixed with capability of movement relatively a horizontal plane at angle α = 10 - 45 deg. and the ball tap is mechanically connected with the entrainment trap.
