FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: device has connecting pipeline for supplying compressed air, drainage and filling liquid systems, a drainage pipeline inlet being in communication with a remotely-controlled lock device and outlet being in communication with a branch pipe movable mounted relative to horizontal axis of the drainage pipeline at an angle of 10-45 degrees. The branch pipe has a filling tip under which pneumatic scales made in the form of a metallic plate are mounted. The device furthermore has an U-shaped pipe one leg of which is coupled along the drainage pipeline. The remotely-controlled lock device, the second leg of the U-shaped pipe and pneumatic follower are connected to a control unit through the compressed air supply pipelines.
