Known protection device is inserted with heating and superconducting elements tightly fitting each other and being in thermal contact, amplifier, second power supply source and adjustable resistor. Leads of heating element are coupled to differentiating amplifier, second source of power supply is connected through adjustable resistor to superconducting element which leads are simultaneously linked to second input of control unit through amplifier.
