SUBSTANCE: superconducting commutator having current-carrying part connected with a.c. power source and control unit for controlling phase state of current-carrying part is provided in addition with heater wound on entire length of current-carrying part, heater contactor, heater power unit, a.c. current regulator, unit monitoring phase state of current-carrying part; a.c. regulator is connected to extreme leads of current-carrying part; heater is connected via normally open contacts of contactor to heater power unit; extreme leads of current-carrying part are connected to input of unit monitoring phase state of current-carrying part whose output is connected to heater contactor, and a.c. power source output is connected to input of unit controlling phase state of current-carrying part and to unit monitoring phase state of current-carrying part.
