SUBSTANCE: to make sure that winding has acquired normal state, its several parameters are checked, including additional one (in addition to normal-phase voltage), that is, pressure drop in cooling ducts of superconducting cable of winding. Device providing for checking additional parameter has normal-phase sensor 1, time selectors 2 and 7, actuators 3 and 8, coolant flow meter 4, coolant pressure drop sensor 5, variable adder 6, double-input AND circuit 9.
