FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: D C power supply system has electrolysis 2 and fuel 3 elements integrated by common hydrogen 15, 16 and oxygen 14 conduits, D.C. source connected to electrolysis elements, direct voltage controller 19, pressure transducer 18 with analog and relay outputs, fan 21 and switching elements 20, 21 in circuits of electric load. Voltage controller is placed between source of direct current and electrolysis elements, pressure transducer is installed in space of hydrogen and oxygen conduits. Analog output of pressure transducer is coupled to input of direct voltage controller and relay output is coupled in circuit of control over switching elements. Fan is mounted in hydrogen conduit forming closed circulation circuit. Output voltage Uout of system is related to voltage Uin of source of direct current by relationship , where nee is number of electrolysis elements connected in series; nfe is number of fuel elements connected in series; ree is resistivity of electrolysis elements; rfe is resistivity of fuel elements; see is area of electrodes of electrolysis elements; sfe is area of electrodes of fuel elements. Direct voltage controller uses dependence for hydrogen conduit and for oxygen conduit as transfer function. EFFECT: enhanced operational stability and reliability. 3 cl, 1 dwg
