FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has electrolytic cells and fuel elements; interconnected by common hydrogen and oxygen ducts; electrodes of electrolytic cells are connected to DC current supply and those of fuel elements, to DC power consumer; system is provided with DC voltage regulator, pressure sensor with analog and relay outputs, fan and switching members in fan switching circuit, water heater, cooler, and storage, as well as pressure controllers and cylinders connected to spaces of hydrogen and oxygen ducts; DC voltage regulator is connected between DC current supply and electrodes of electrolytic cells; pressure sensor is installed in space of hydrogen and oxygen ducts; it analog output is connected to indicating input of DC voltage regulator and relay output, to control inputs of switching members; fan is mounted on hydrogen duct to form closed circulating circuit incorporating series-connected water heater, cooler, and storage. EFFECT: eliminated ripple voltages, unexpected failures, accidental heavy supply voltage fluctuations (including sudden disconnection of power supply). 1 dwg
