FIELD: aerial equipment. SUBSTANCE: conical helical aerial of dual polarization has three hollow dielectric cones arranged coaxially, separating two two-start equiangular conical spirals and two asymmetric strip transmission lines. Each of them is laid along arm of corresponding two-start equiangular conical spiral and is coupled in vertex of cone to opposite arm with the aid of arc-shaped band. Two-start equiangular conical spirals have different directions of winding with winding angles of 45 and - 45 deg accordingly. Their starts are developed through 90 deg with respect to each other. Availability of several hollow dielectric cones makes it possible to manufacture branches of spirals and transmission lines by printed circuit board technology and to ensure mutual isolation and mechanical strength with simplified design. EFFECT: simplified design, improved structural strength. 2 dwg
