FIELD: radio equipment; electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of microwave (SHF) radio equipment, namely antenna array radiators (patch antenna), and can be used in broadband phased antenna arrays. Task for which solving the claimed invention is intended is creation of the compact wide-band printed radiator for antenna arrays with ability to control the single radiator maximum gain factor (GF) position and as a consequence, the most effectively use GF of the antenna array in the given direction. To achieve these technical results, the printed two-pass spiral radiator includes a main flat radiator in the form of the Archimedes two-coil spiral and located above it one or more passive reflectors, at that, one or more passive reflectors are located asymmetrically relative to the main flat radiator center. Also between the Archimedes' spiral two arms jumper is arranged, which length is a multiple of the half-waves integer number.
EFFECT: proposed is a printed two-pass spiral radiator with passive reflector.
