FIELD: radio and computer engineering, measurement and communication technology. SUBSTANCE: current amplifier has transistors 1-4. Transistors 3 and 4 are manufactured with additional second emitters coupled to output of current generator 5. Reduced input resistance is obtained by additional drop of voltages across base-emitter junctions of first emitters of transistors 3 and 4 which are equal in absolute value and opposite in sign to drop of voltages across base-emitter junctions of transistors 1 and 2 which provides for compensation of the latter. As a result of this voltage across input of current amplifier is invariable over the whole range of change of input currents which corresponds to zero input resistance of amplifier. EFFECT: reduced input voltage. 2 dwg
