FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: aqueous emulsion containing vitamin C and vitamin A is prepared, aqueous solution of synthetic vitamin C and oil solution of vitamin A being used. Quantity of vitamin C and A is 150 mg and 1500 μg respectively per 100 g of food production. Mentioned above emulsion is added into food product at final stage of its production at temperature not higher 10-20 C. EFFECT: increases biological value of the products.
