FIELD: medical engineering; traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: drill incorporates shaft 1 with passage 2 to receive wire 15, eccentrics 5 disposed in port 4 in shaft 1 and facing each other. Grooved working portions of these eccentrics are knurled. Flat springs 7 enable eccentrics 5 to retain initial position. Shaft 1 is set in rotary motion by electric motor 10 via gears 8 and 9. Telescopic attachment 13 having blanked-off opening of end link passage is secured to end portion of shaft 1. EFFECT: more advanced design. 5 dwg
