FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: after resection of reduced end top osteotomy is conducted of distal stump end, the latter is placed in pre-formed bed in soft tissues. To lengthen the shin up to desired value additional osteotomy of proximal metaphysis of shin bone is performed followed by replacement of osteotomized fragment. EFFECT: increased supporting capacity of the stump, elimination of trophic changes along bone top.
