FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: The suggested device contains semispherical cup with a hollow for femoral caput and threaded rod at the pole of external surface. At concave side of lamellar spring in its middle department the socket is located for threaded rod which is fixed with a lock nut. Test has caput as hemisphere and cylindrical pedicle, along their axis a through channel passes. Method for application suggests that treated cotyloid cavity should be introduced with the test to be oriented under necessary inclination angles and inclination of artificial cavity, and after its installation one should carry out fixation due to screwing the rod into the socket of intrapelvically located lamellar spring.
