SUBSTANCE: method involves milling fish milts to stuffing preparing followed by its treatment with 7-10% sodium chloride solution at ratio raw : salt solution = 1:(4-5) for 2.5-3.5 h at boiling point. Then DNA extract is separated from a solid part followed by ultrafiltration, extract concentrating to dry matter content 1.8-3%, preparation drying, its treatment with ethanol at 40-50 C and drying in the air. The yield of DNA is 4.5-6.0%, DNA content is 65%, not less. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, increased yield of DNA. 4 cl
