FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: respirator has framing rim which matches configuration of peripheral edge of framed semi-mask 2 and at the same time is rigidly connected to retaining arcs 13 of guard shield 7 of exhalation valve. Frame carries four or five knobs 8 in different sections of semi-mask 2 on both sides from vertical axis of symmetry of semi-mask 2 for dislocating headrest 4 to match patient's individual traits. Framing rim 1 is 8 to 10 mm wide and its inner undulatory edge has depressions of 2 to 3 mm in depth. EFFECT: greater convenience and simplicity. 3 cl, 3 dwg
