FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has mask having hole for letting cleaned air in, submask member having hole, obturation member engageable with user face along obturation line running along external part of the mask, filtering sorption system having dust protection material being rigid and having shape spatially symmetrical relative to respirator plane, and head band with fastening members. The submask member is designed as toroidal membrane. The obturation member is on the external part of the membrane. It is designed as protrusion direction towards user face. The filtering sorption system has internal and external envelopes of cup shape which geometrical top point belongs to vertical respirator symmetry plane having integrated base with common space built between the envelopes. An opening is made in the geometrical top point vicinity superimposed over the hole for letting cleaned air in available in the mask designed as cup-shaped half-mask. EFFECT: efficient and prolonged dust and aerosol protection; uniform clean air supply. 14 cl, 5 dwg
